One year ago, I received a large research grant for a multi-center investigator-initiated research trial. While that was very exciting for me, I felt a big burden had been laid on my shoulders; how to write a detailed proposal, finalize the budget, get contracts, IRB approval, coordination with other centers, etc.
At that point, my research team got in touch with Balsam CR, a well-respected CRO.
Over the ensuing 12 months, the Balsam CR team proved to be of great help. A very reliable group of individuals, well familiar with the whole process, helped me and my team go through all these steps with little difficulty. They put up with hundreds of meetings and emails and phone calls, while maintaining a professional attitude and a very receptive accommodating behavior.
